No prior experience is required—we provide free training! This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or anyone seeking a rewarding part-time role in psychology, education, or behavioral health.

Your Role:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.

  • Collect and record session data on an electronic device.

  • Encourage skill-building and independence through evidence-based strategies.

  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure treatment success.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged).

  • Fluency in Bengali/Bangla is required.

  • Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

  • Passion for working with children and making a difference.

  • Ability to commit to at least 6 months in the role.
