We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.
This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time/full-time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed
