Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Work as a key member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
  • Collaborate with families and providers to optimize treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A passion for helping children with Autism and a willingness to learn.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Need to Know:

  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
  • All positions start part-time.
  • You’ll be required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • A minimum 6-month commitment is required to ensure lasting impact.
