What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work one-on-one with children, using proven ABA techniques to build independence and encourage positive behavior

  • Bring therapy plans to life by implementing strategies developed by our expert clinical team

  • Record progress and session data accurately using electronic tools

  • Build a positive, supportive environment for both clients and their families

  • Partner with families and care providers to make lasting improvements in each child’s development

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Genuine interest in working with children with Autism

  • Compassion, patience, and a calm presence—even during challenging moments

  • Dependable transportation to client homes or community-based sessions

Key Details You Should Know:

  • All sessions take place in home or community settings

  • This is a part-time role to start, with opportunities to grow

  • Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required (we'll guide you through it)

  • A minimum six-month commitment is expected to ensure consistency for our clients
